Owner Timeshare Rental Listing Program

Thank you for your inquiry into renting your timeshare week(s) with our firm and saving you the time and money to procure a tenant for your timeshare week.

In order to list your timeshare week for rentals, please fill out the Owner Timeshare Rental Listing Request Information Form by clicking the Tab link on the left hand menu. Upon receipt of the Owner Timeshare Rental Listing Request Information Form, our staff will forward to you an Owner Timeshare Rental Listing Agreement (“Rental Listing Agreement”) for your review and signature.

Please sign all copies of the Rental Listing Agreement and return one fully signed Rental Listing Agreement to our office located at 12100 Metcalf Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030 along with a one-time, non-refundable listing administrative fee of $25.00 made payable to VSE Capital Realty, Inc. and notate the week and resort on your check.

The leasing commission our firm charges to procure a tenant for your timeshare week is twenty percent (20%) of the rental amount collected. In addition, our policy is to recommend to our owners that we also collect a security deposit from the prospective tenant (usually $150.00) to insure against any unpaid amounts at the resort or to cover the cost of any damages or replacement of the resort unit’s property.

Once the week is completed, our staff will advise you that the tenant has checked-out of your unit and has paid all balances and there are no damage claims pending against the tenant by the resort along with sending your net rental proceeds check after the leasing commission is deducted.

Our marketing and leasing program have been very successful for not only our Owners, but also for our Company’s own timeshare properties. We utilize internet leasing and cooperative marketing strategies to get you the best rental price in any market condition.
