VSER Investors, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Company”) was formed to capitalize on the current downturn in residential real estate market in the Northern Virginia area by providing to investors the opportunity to invest in multiple residential properties in well-located areas near mass transit routes such as Metrobus/Metrorail System (“Metro”) and Virginia Railway Express (“VRE”) routes that have demonstrated consistently high rental demand history. The Company plans on purchasing certain types of condominiums, townhouses, and single family dwellings (“Investment Properties”) at discounted market prices. Through efficient rental management of the Investment Properties and strategic resale of the Investment Properties within the ten year Investment Holding Period, the Company intends to provide a current annual return of 3% to 5% on the investor’s investment with the overall goal to provide approximately an annual, cumulative return of 15% on the investor’s investment.
The Company is offering 100 Units of Membership Interest at a price of $25,000 per Unit for a total offering of up to $2,500,000. Each Unit represents a one percent ownership interest in the Company.
